The house is fitted with gas central heating with a combination boiler providing you with instant hot water at anytime.
The central heating is operated by a smart thermostat. You will find the thermostat on the bookshelf in the living room. Press the centre button to wake it up. Turn it up when you are cold and turn it down when you are too hot.
With the exception of the living room, the radiators are fitted with thermostatic valves so you can adjust the temperature in each room in relation to the living room. Please do not adjust the radiator in the living room, change the temperature using the thermostat.
The heating is set to go off at 10.30pm and come back on at 6.30am but the thermostat will ‘learn’ your requirements within a day or so and start to adjust. If it goes off and you want it back on just turn the thermostat up and down again when you no longer want it on.
Please do not adjust the boiler controls in any way. If you experience any problems with the central heating or hot water then please contact our emergency number.
